The conservatory
A space dedicated to gastronomy, where every morning we serve traditional breakfasts, with a wide range of hot dishes made with products from local markets, all freshly prepared by our kitchen team.
Just like in an authentic conservatory, the roof is made up of enormous stained-glass windows which allow guests to enjoy breakfast with views of the sky and the natural light of Madrid, in a serene environment surrounded by palms and a well-kept vertical garden, perfect for getting off to a good start.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the conservatory hosts our classic brunch accompanied by live music. A small tribute in the centre of Madrid to which everyone is welcome.
